01Where do you deliver flowers?
We deliver to any country. When you order, enter the recipient's address and choose the delivery day and time.
02How much is delivery?
The delivery price is shown in the cart based on the address. Delivery is free on orders from €50.
03Can I add a card?
Yes — when you order a bouquet, type your message in the “Card message” field and we'll write it on a card for your recipient.
04Can I order flowers for someone else?
Yes. At checkout, choose “For someone else” and enter the recipient's name, phone number and address — the courier will contact them.
05How can I pay?
By online banking or bank card. We'll email you the invoice.
06Which flowers last the longest?
Exotic flowers and those that dry well last the longest. Chrysanthemums, lilies, carnations and similar flowers also keep very well. Lisianthus, peonies, snapdragons and bellflowers last a shorter time in water.
07Which bouquet size is shown in your online shop?
Mostly size M, unless the product description says otherwise.
08Can you make a custom bouquet for me?
Yes — write to us with the price, colors or flowers you have in mind, and we'll suggest a bouquet. Write to us
